Big girl bed for my littlest

I don't know what possessed me to change her cot into a bed. I guess I was bored :\

I actually really hate this as a bed because the mattress slides freely off the base. Highly annoying. So why on earth did I change it?

Actually part of it is because I want to be able to read her a story before bed. That task is impossible when she's in a cot. 





She's going up for a nap now, so I guess I'll find out if she'll mess about. Better to find out now, than at proper bedtime.

She went down perfectly. I don't know why I'm surprised, she's a good little sleeper.

She was a bit confused that I wanted her to lie down in bed for her story. I think she thought I'd forgotten about her story and was protesting at being laid down. She settled as soon as she saw I had her book.

She's been down 1.5hr so I think it's safe to say shes ok with a bed ;)
